Q. How do I place an order?

A. Ordering at Valtrax is simple:

Choose the product you want (watches, earbuds, or smart glasses).

Click “Add to Cart”.

Add more products if needed.

Go to your Cart.

Click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Fill in billing & shipping details.

Confirm order summary.

Click “Place Order.”

You’ll receive a confirmation email. All orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD).


Q. How can I cancel my order?

If you have an account, log in to cancel your order.

If you ordered as a guest, simply call or WhatsApp us at +92 303 9221659 during working hours.

Orders can also be cancelled during the confirmation call.


Q. What is your return policy?

A. You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it, if the product is unused and in original packaging.
