1 year Warranty

Products sold on the Valtrax website come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty applies to both:

Poedagar watches

Valtrax earbuds

Valtrax will service eligible products purchased directly from our website for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.

To claim warranty service:

The product model name must be listed on the warranty certificate.

Both the warranty certificate and proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be presented at the time of the request.

What's Not Covered Under Warranty

Damage caused by improper or careless handling

Accidents, fire, or natural disasters

Wear and tear from daily use

Water or moisture damage

Damage caused by third-party modifications or unauthorized repairs

Cosmetic damage such as scratches on case, band, earbuds shell, or glass

Battery degradation due to regular usage
